Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Painted by Enrique LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all quotes, estimates, contracts, and invoices issued by the Company.

2. Services

Painted by Enrique LLC provides professional painting services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, specialty finishes, and related preparation work.

3. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
• Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client and visual inspection of the work area.
• Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the original estimate.
• Additional work requested after the quote is accepted will be billed separately.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date.
• We accept credit cards and other payment methods available through our payment processor.
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5. Scheduling & Access

• The Client must provide reasonable access to the work area during agreed-upon work hours.
• Any delays caused by the Client's inability to provide access may result in schedule adjustments.
• We will make every effort to complete work within the estimated timeframe, but completion dates are not guaranteed due to weather, unforeseen conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Materials & Preparation

• All materials used are professional-grade unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• Surface preparation is included as described in the scope of work.
• The Client is responsible for moving personal belongings, furniture, and valuables from the work area unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty

Painted by Enrique LLC provides a 2-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or flaking caused by improper application. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by the Client or third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Water damage or structural issues
• Color fading due to UV exposure

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled work may forfeit the deposit.
• If work has already begun, the Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date plus materials purchased.

9. Liability

Painted by Enrique LLC maintains general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or damage not caused by our work.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation in Volusia County, Florida.
